The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on 89bd3:

User Obligations

By using the 89bd3 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party — the player or 89bd3 — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your 89bd3 account at any time by contacting our live support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or match-fixing.

• Abusive behaviour directed at support staff or other platform users.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for any unlawful purpose.

In the event of a 89bd3-initiated closure due to a breach of these Terms, 89bd3 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, account information, or transaction records caused by hardware or software failures, network interruptions, or third-party service outages.
